St. John Neumann

St. John Neumann (March 28, 1811 – January 5, 1860) was an American Catholic prelate who served as the fourth Bishop of Philadelphia. He holds the distinct honor of being the only male U.S. citizen to be canonized as a Roman Catholic saint.

Known for his tireless work ethic, humility, and organizational brilliance, his impact on the American Catholic Church is still felt today.
