Founder, Campobello Whale Rescue

A fisherman and head of the Campobello Whale Rescue Team who has spent decades leading dangerous missions to disentangle North Atlantic right whales and other marine life trapped in commercial fishing gear. He received the Meritorious Service Cross for his marine conservation and safety efforts.
