Subway Superman

A man had a stroke and fell onto the subway train tracks in New York City. Construction worker Wesley Autrey jumped down to to get him out but soon a train appeared and he ran out of time and was unable to get out himself.

Putting his own life at risk, he rolled the man off the tracks and laid with him as the train stopped above them.

Both survived and Audrey received much praise in the media and many gifts from the public.
